Learning NVC
If you need tailored and private support to learn NVC, that is also possible. We can follow the same curriculum and go at your pace, with lots of opportunities for coaching and trying things out along the way, so you can really feel the new growth out of the old architecture of your patterns. Sessions in Nature
To benefit from the extra support that being in nature can bring, we can create a programme of nature connection and communication, conflict and/or grief support. My favourite places to do this in are London Parks and Kew Gardens, being by bodies of water such as the Thames are also very healing. I know some very good places in London. (Thames path near Richmond)
Grief support
I have had my own experiences of grief that I have travelled through with accompaniment. I would be honoured to be there for you as you grieve the loss of loved ones, parts of yourself, ill health, violence and war in the world, things you never had and the loss of dreams. (Whitstable)
